• APC payments are generally non-refundable once the manuscript has entered the review or publication process.

• Refunds will not be issued after acceptance or publication of the article.

2. Duplicate Payments

• In case of duplicate or excess payments, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification.

3. Rejected Manuscripts

• If a manuscript is rejected before the review process begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Payment Errors

• Any incorrect transaction due to technical issues will be reviewed and refunded if applicable.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
